The WFF Way

At WFF, we’ve built our success on a foundation of respect, by nurturing and appreciating the contributions of every partner and team member. This is more than a catch phrase for us; it is our pledge.

Each day, we strive to anticipate the needs of our higher education partners and exceed their expectations.

Step into any one of our campus environments, and you’ll notice the cleanliness and beauty is outshone only by the positivity and respect of team members who genuinely care about a job well done.

Our facilities management team demonstrates true partnership in action, with tailored service plans and customized solutions – because we know there’s no such thing as “one size fits all.”

Our Mission

We create safe environments that enrich lives and facilitate success.

We believe that investing in our people keeps all of us inspired and innovative – creating better value for our clients.

Each team member receives continuous professional education, and is empowered to make the best decisions for our campus partners.

We value what each and every one brings to your campus.

Talk with any team member, and you’ll see why the mutual courtesy and respect that thrives at WFF is what sets us apart from our competitors.
